This position is responsible for performing customer support activities involving the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of complex security equipment and systems. Responsibilities can include On-site diagnosis of problems. Perform service and troubleshooting on all installed electronic security system products Intrusion detection systems and equipment CCTV systems and equipment IP video systems and equipment Access control systems and equipment Network based systems Develop working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and procedures. Support special projects as needed. Experience and Qualifications should include Thorough knowledge and understanding of Electronic Access Control, intrusion detection systems, CCTV, IP video, surveillance systems and life safety systems. Working knowledge of any or all of the following products Lenel, CCure, AMAG, Hirsch, DMP, Bosch, ExactVision, Pelco, ONSSI, Milestone is a plus. Ability to be State certification for security serviceinstallation required. Experience in commercial or government electronic security maintenance, service, or installation. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills as well as the use of tact and ordinary courtesy is a must. Ability to be a team player. Government security clearance TSSCI is a plus.
