Your day, if you join us Essential Job Functions Working with senior design stakeholders to manage the design pathway from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and consistency at every step Collaborating with product managers, product marketing managers, and engineering to understand their needs and agree product roadmaps Managing a small but growing team of designers by mentoring and creating opportunities for growth Ensuring tasks are iterated quickly and delivered in an agile development environment Rationalizing design decisions to stakeholders and peers You meet our ldquomust havesrdquo for this role if you have 5+ years of professional web, app, and digital design experience 2+ years of experience managing a team of designers Experience designing across desktop, mobile web and native mobile applications Experience working in an Agile environment Experience working with senior design stakeholders MA in a design related degree, or equivalent practical experience An inspiring portfolio of relevant design work Yoursquore exactly who wersquore looking for if you have The practical skills to understand and translate the needs of our users into engaging and memorable experiences.
