**Up to $45.00 Per Hour** REGISTERED NURSE (RN) Staffing Office Join the Staffing Office team at either Mary Washington Hospital of Stafford Hospital and enjoy: Flexibility with the schedule, minimum requirement of 12 hours per week The ability to work in new areas and cross train as opportunities arise within other units A variety of assignments within the hospital One major and one minor holiday per year required, one week-end shift each 4-week schedule The ability to be your own agent you can determine hours and availability As a part of the staffing office team, you will work side by side with other great RNs who share your passion for providing excellent patient care and have the ability to collaborate with peers in team meetings. Up to $50.00 per hour If you work in One Specialty Area you will be compensated at $42/hour. Those Associates who work in 2 or more Specialty Areas will be compensated at $45/hour. Specialty Areas are identified below: Emergency Services (MWH, Stafford, FSED) Cardiac (MWH 2N, 3N, Observation Unit) Critical Care (MWH ICU, 2S, Cath Lab, IR, SH 2W, SH SICU, CAIR Lab, SDS, PACU) Snowden Med Surg (MWH 4N, 4S, 4W, 5N, 5S, 5W, SH 3W, 4W, MWH/SH OP Infusion) Women's (MWH L&D, Mother Baby, SH LDRP) Children's (MWH Pediatrics, NICU, SH ILN) PRN COMMITMENT 12 hours per week; one weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday) per 4-week scheduling period; and three "hard to fill dates" per year (ie, Valentine's Day, Halloween, etc.). Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program 2 years of recent RN acute care experience required. Registered Nurse licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia. BSN is preferred; all new Registered Nurses with an Associate's Degree in Nursing will be required to obtain their BSN within five years.
