Job Description Job 998434 Apex Systems is actively looking for an IT Security Compliance Lead for an immediate start in Falls Church, VA. Qualifications Four (4) years of experience leading teams of 5-12. Four year degree, preferably IT related. Practical experience in lieu of formal education is acceptable. Ability to demonstrate capabilities in the following categories leadership, verbal and written communication, chaos management, organizational skills, project management, process improvement, critical thinking and analysis. Ability to work in an environment of shifting priorities and capable of changing direction as needed. Ability to communicate with senior level leadership and clients. Clearance requirement Must have a fully adjudicated T3 level investigation with Public Trust eligibility, or higher 8570 Compliance IAT Level II or higher (Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security active certification required) Experience with Reporting with Systems Management Center, Systems Management Server or SCCM 2012. Experience with McAfee Host Based Security System (HBSS). Understanding of deploying Software Updates within SCCM 2012 Applicant must be able to work in a team environment with other systems administrators as well as work with other computerfacility support organizations and work well multi-tasking various related efforts Must have good communications skills, both written and verbal and will be responsible for documentation of all aspects of various system installation and configuration efforts step-by-step Responsibilities General knowledge of all IT topics specifically in Network Operations Competent in office automation tools such as Microsoft Office Experience with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS). Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in multiple current technology areas, including client computer hardware and operating systems, end-user desktop software, remote management, and end-user device security management and patching. Directly responsible for the development, integration and production SCCM server infrastructure suites on multiple LANs and looked to include server and application configuration, project documentation, CA support, and production Tier III support for the enterprise customer base. Threat mitigation and reporting Analyzing data to spot trend Overview Supervise a small to mid-size team of system and compliance engineers. Lead IT projects. Organize and prioritize IT related activities. Understanding of setupusetroubleshooting of software deployment and support of Maintenance Windows Patch management Mitigate IT system security related issues Managing patches for software certifications, data collection and reporting.
