Specific Responsibilities Of The Job Observes and collects direct urine samples during scheduled hours. Adheres strictly to chain of custody procedures in handling, collections, samples, and information. Adheres strictly to confidentiality requirements and of established standards of hygiene and universal infection control procedures in handling all samples and supplies. Maintains client confidentiality by adhering to federal/state privacy requirements. Attends and actively participates in staff meetings and trainings as needed. Responsible for completing all required paperwork according to agency standards. Responds appropriately to the cultural differences of staff, clients, residents, and referral sources. Adheres to all policies, procedures & regulations. Other duties as assigned. Essential Personnel NoOccasionally, the Agency may close administrative offices due to holidays, inclement weather, emergencies, or special occasions. Positions are classified as essential personnel when their position is required to continue agency operations while the administrative offices are closed. The CEO or designee may excuse essential personnel from reporting for work as circumstances & conditions warrant maintaining minimum staffing requirements for affected facilities.RequirementsLicensure, Education, & Experience HS diploma or equivalent required One your previous related experience. Excellent organizational skills & establishing priorities. Working knowledge of electronic health record systems, preferably with Credible.
