HDS is looking for a UI Designer/Usability Engineer with an active Top-Secret Clearance and SCI Eligibility, to support a very dynamic customer in Washington, DC.You must have an active Top Secret Clearance for this positionTechnical Requirements:A cents € cents Provides technical leadership, demonstrated through leading meetings such as scrums, team meetings, and customer briefs, reporting of team status, identifying risks.A' A cents € cents Works directly with unit and Agency stakeholders and program managementA' A cents € cents Researches and documents user profiles, analysis tasks, workflows, and user scenarios.A' A cents € cents Collects and documents user requirements.A' A cents € cents Creates user interface design specifications.A' A cents € cents Works closely with product designers and process engineers developing applications.A' A cents € cents Conducts usability testing.A' A cents € cents Designs and develops user surveys to obtain user feedback.A' A cents € cents Shall have the ability to design desirable user interfaces that meets the usersA cents € (TM) needs and tasteA' Qualifications:A cents € cents BachelorA cents € (TM) s degree preferred At least 15 years in this or related field and have familiarity with task analyses, user interface design, and usability testing.A' A cents € cents Experience planning, conducting, and coordinating Usability/HFE activities.A' A cents € cents Experience with a range of SW development Methodologies (i. e. extreme, scrum, Kanban).A' A cents € cents Experience with a variety of user experience design and prototyping technologies and methods. Experienced in each of the usability and software engineering cycle phases (analysis, design, implementation, and deployment).
