Architect systems.Responsibilities And DutiesDesign develop and test software API's using Java, REST, APIgee etc.Develop features using AWS Serverless computing (Lambda, Fargate) , Messaging (SQS SNS), databases ( Redshift, Snowflake, Aurora), Analytics using GlueDevelops data models and schemas and suggests changes and improvements where necessaryData Engineering using Python, Spark, PySparkMentors engineering managers on how to run projects, assess designs, and ensure quality code is produced at all timesDevelop Technical Architecture for various projectsQualificationsRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsBS, MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or another related technical discipline and 5+ years of progressive software engineering experience5+ years of experience in one or more programming language(s)- Java .Net, Python, R2+ years Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and related technologies, Lambda, Athena, Redshift, Glue etc2+ years of data engineering experience using PythonExperience in API Development and testingExperience in the investment management industry will be a plusAdditional InformationCompensation - 130K pa plus bonus
