Your work falls into these three primary categories:

PeopleSoft Application and PeopleTools Updates
  • Install, configure, and maintain PeopleSoft non-production environments and infrastructure
  • Apply PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) images and other software patches/fixes for the PeopleSoft Financials application
  • Apply upgrades and patches/fixes for PeopleTools

IT Cross Department Coordination
  • Coordinate with IT support teams for the technical configuration and patching for application servers, proxy servers, middleware and web servers for the Peoplesoft environments
  • Work with security teams to ensure system access, auditing, and security controls are compliant with security policies
  • Work with DBA team to maintain PeopleSoft system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, and system load/stress testing
  • Assist PeopleSoft developers, systems analysts, and testers in their efforts

PeopleSoft Application Support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PeopleSoft system and performance issues


Qualifications

Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financials version 9.2 and People Tools 8.56 or above
  • Experience in applying patches including installation of PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) via Change Assistant
  • Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting PeopleTools (Application Server, Web Server, Integration Broker, Process Scheduler)
