Freddie Mac is growing a culture based on Agile and Modern Delivery practices to support the secondary mortgage market through rapid delivery of new technologies, and best practice innovation. We are seeking a Reporting Director (Agile Data and Reporting Lead) to join our team! The Agile Data and Reporting Lead serves as a member of Freddie Mac's Modern Delivery Agile Center of Excellence (COE) Leadership team and collaborates with other leaders on defining agile change management practices, building vibrant agile communities, crafting role and team-based learning journeys, and developing rich data and reporting standards for the enterprise. The Agile Data and Reporting Lead is also responsible for providing high-level, data and metrics focused thought leadership across a wide array of modern delivery initiatives. The Data and Reporting Lead will help define OKRs and KPIs to drive adoption of Modern Delivery practices, as well as business-unit specific measures and measurements.

Your Work Falls into the Following Two Categories:

Business/Data Intelligence

  • Participate with other leaders to establish strategic plans and objectives
  • Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
  • Use data to help inform strategy and direction
  • Participate in development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria of projects, programs and people

Agile Reporting
  • Act as an authority on agile metrics
  • Prioritize metrics based on stakeholders
  • Responsible for the provision of timely, accurate and reliable management information and the running and enhancement of reporting systems which facilitate the production of this management information
  • Responsible for regular and ad-hoc reporting and business reviews as well as the preparation of key presentations and special projects as required


  • Minimum of 8-10 years of related work experience
  • Typically has 4+ years management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytics and data intelligence background
  • Knowledge of Agile and Agile mindset - comfort with MVP, failing fast and forward, and iterating
  • Willingness to co-create with and represent a mix of stakeholders across management and teams
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and project management skills
  • Pro-active, detail-oriented individual with strong planning skills
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills
