Controller sought for the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA). The Controller supervises a staff of 2 and reports to NCEA's Chief Administrative Officer. NCEA seeks a Controller who is results-oriented, highly accurate with details, timely with meeting deadlines, and can think creatively and strategically in planning for the long-term success of NCEA. The Controller will lead the Accounting and Finance operation, including A/P, A/R, Payroll, financial statement preparation, cash management, and budget and operational analysis. The Controller also will manage the preparation of the annual audit, the 990-T, and the annual report. The Controller is responsible for the timely filing of forms, permits and reports required by state, federal and local authorities, including tax exemptions, registrations as a charitable organization, and others.
