Please review qualifications and email resumes to [Click Here to Email Your Resume] Your responsibilities- Maintain quality customer service and a positive company image by resolving customer account inquiries- Pinpoint delinquent customer accounts through various means, including skip-tracing, phone contact, written correspondence, and make arrangements for payment- Control inbound and outbound collections calls and correspondence- Maintain and update customer files to ensure data integrity- Direct all billing and reporting activities in accordance to deadlines- Catalog all customer payments to the correct reports- Guarantee payments are processed- Ability to analyze customer accounts and make decisions based on those analyses- 2+ years of prior high volume collections experience- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills- Solid understanding of commercial collections- AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred- Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desiredAccountemps matches highly skilled professionals with accounting finance jobs at the best companies on a temporary and temporary-to-hire basis.
