Work you'll do This unique opportunity is a combination of a Technical SME and Performance Data Analyst. The technical responsibilities include troubleshooting bug fix of an existing custom application and its foundational database,therefore SQL development experience is required, and MS Sequel server administration and SSRS knowledge is a plus. The functional responsibilities of this highly visible role include working with a team to understand the clients' business needs, and create metrics to track performance and success of business objectives. Our ideal candidate will manage the maintenance and operations of the clients' performance management database and reporting solution, hence should be comfortable reading technical documentation, while being capable of independently investigating technical challenges, as well as working collaboratively with other groups to solve complex problems. Being comfortable with business analysis concepts, and requirements gathering is also necessary. The team Systems Engineering Our Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation. Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.
