Overview Peraton is seeking a Cyber Software Engineer, to develop applications and frameworks using C++, C, Java and working on a variety of platforms, including Windows, Linux, and Unix. Responsibilities scripting such as Python, Bash, and Gradle develop and integrate leading technologies in databases, WiFi, Android, containerization, virtualization and critical infrastructure working through research and proof of concepts demonstrating, productizing, integrating and fielding your product with cutting edge teams. Qualifications REQUIRED: BS degree, with eight (08) years of relevant experience. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Experience with application development, and experience in the following programming, scripting and query languages: C, C++, Assembly (Intel, Motorola, and/or PowerPC), Java, Pen, Python, C Shell, Bash, and SQL Must understand development of requirements to implementation through design, and have the ability to deliver capability needs from initial proof of concept to deployed product Demonstrated experience in: WiFi development and integration on Linux Platforms Documenting component designs within a High-Level Design document Planning and developing component integration test SECURITY CLEARANCE: *This position requires the candidate to have a current Top Secret SCI security clearance and a polygraph.
