Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager- Homeland Security focused on the Homeland Security market to join our team in the DC metro area to support our government clients. This is a multifaceted role working in collaboration with our existing Account Team and Capgemini's world class National Security Defense practice teams to support our government clients. Job Responsibilities As a Manager - Homeland Security, you will Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner within the (NSD) Public Sector team. Build upon and advance relationships and brand awareness within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) market. Oversee the development and maintenance of client relationships and the management of multiple simultaneous complex internal and external work streams and engagements. Manage large consulting teams, emphasizing an entrepreneurial mindset developing new opportunities, delivering successful engagements, and driving thought leadership (methodologies, whitepapers, etc.) that contribute to improved client processes and effectiveness. Develop, assess, and implement information technology (IT) solutions including experience in project management, process improvement, technology deployment, and other consulting and advisory efforts. Manage and support account planning activities to develop business within NSD markets. Lead the development of analyses, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, and presentations to provide leadership with updates on client account development efforts. Manage pipeline and capture of opportunities to meet business and market goals and actively lead multiple transactional engagements and consulting teams that meet client delivery targets. Execute large capture proposal processes and color-team reviews for responses. Engage with Capgemini parent company resources (200,000 worldwide) and build relationships to bring commercial and international expertise and capabilities to FederalCivilian clients. Actively meet with small businesses, software vendors, technology providers, and other partners to formulate successful teaming partnerships. Brief executive clients on Capgemini domain experience and capabilities. Basic Qualifications US Citizenship is required. Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance. Bachelor's degree from an accredited CollegeUniversity. Minimum of 7 years of professional consulting experience supporting DHS with proven leadership in business development activities (eg leading account and capture plans andor government proposals) and demonstrated ability to manage and lead multiple engagements. Experience with leading technology partners such as Salesforce, Microsoft, Mulesoft, Tableau, Oracle, and SAP. Ability to drive client engagements in diverse and complex client domains such as IT portfolio management, organizational strategy, policy research, public policy, business process improvement and risk management. Ability to clearly communicate results and educate others through well-organized and detail-oriented reports and presentations. Exceptional analytic skills with the demonstrated ability to take complex client and vendor concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels. Direct experience writing to multiple proposal response types (eg, vehicles, task orders, prime, sub). Knowledge and application of end-to-end capture process, proposal process, and delivery lifecycle. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to include expertise in setting and managing customer expectations with executive-level clients. Experience leading teams for business development, capture, and project delivery. Significant experience interacting with and presenting to senior federal government leadership - to include the ability to clearly and concisely present technical topics to a variety of stakeholders. Additional Requirements Master's Degree or MBA. Specific experience supporting clients at US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), or the DHS Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Experience engaging directly with OCIO stakeholders.
