Responsibilities The Site Facilitator and Coordinator shall provide support to maintain customer operations and readiness. They shall maintain readiness by maintaining all of the equipment and unclassified workstations, stocking supplies and consumables, assisting in the prioritization of new capabilities, and supporting purchasing processes and installation of new procurements. They shall maintain and monitor daily operations and user access into the facility. They shall seek, identify, and report potential improvements and efficiencies in operating a safe, secure, and effective workspace develop, document and update Safety and Security Plans and training associated with operating, maintaining and storing equipment and materials. They shall manage facility access for qualified users in coordination with technical program leadership. They shall track and manage metrics on usage and impact of projects. They shall assist GTM lead in outreach activities when needed. They shall assist in the management and reporting of fiscal resources. Qualifications Required Qualifications TSSCI with polygraph Knowledge of customer organization IT policies and regulations with respect to IT equipment and removable media. Knowledge of customer organization facility access policies. Experience with installing and maintaining workstation computers and laptops.
