Description Ensure that all phone, computing, and other communications platforms operate efficiently, are reliable, stable and predictable Set up new team members with access to all relevant systems Provide accurate and timely resolution of computer and phone issues Provide technical assistance and basic training to computer and phone system users Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word-processing, electronic mail and operating systems Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems Respond to the needs and questions of users concerning their access to resources on the network Maintain communication with internal team during the problem resolution process Assist in keeping track of inventory and making sure all phone and computer equipment is accounted for Uses judgment to escalate problems as appropriate Responsible for documenting the case notes and technical documentation for future reference Troubleshooting problems related to LAN and WANRequirements 3+ years in a corporate IT Support role Experience in both PC and Mac environments Ability to be on call during off business hours (within reason) Experience with JIRA and Active Directory Experience with Office 365 Experience with Google Suite Again, if interested in the IT Support Technician position, please email me with your most up to date resume.
