We are looking for a candidate to fill the following Deputy Program Manager (DPM) position for the Department of Homeland Security Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM). Additional Information Available ASAP Location Rockville, MD Security Clearance Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance Salary Dependent upon experience Responsibilities The Deputy Program Manager will direct the execution of all contract administration activities. The DPM serves in the PM capacity when the PM is not available. The Deputy Program Manager shall have in-depth knowledgeexpertise in executing the SELC or equivalent lifecycle process. The Deputy Program Manager shall represent the PM when unavailable and interface directly with the OBIM leadership. Candidate must have excellent writing skills, the ability to explain technology clearly for a non-technical audience, and to synthesize information together from a variety of sources. Candidate must have excellent verbal communication and organizational skills. Candidate must be able to work well with others. Candidate should have experience working on DHS projects. Candidate should have experience working in AgileScrum development environments. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant specialized experience in execution of information technology contracts with preferably 5 years in a leadership management position. Bachelor's Degree or Higher.
