As a Senior Project Manager, you will work directly with clients to ensure that deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. This role will serve as Attain's primary point of contact with the client and is responsible for managing all contractual deliverables. You will serve as a single point of accountability for projects and make certain that the intended value is realized through the consistent application of project management tools and practices. The successful candidate is creative, dedicated, and self-motivated with project management experience. Meet frequently with clients to determine deliverable requirements and define project scope and deliverables for individual project areas. Plan resourcing needs to meet client expectations. Delegate project tasks to team members with the right skill set and be able to take on tasks when needed. Experience with financial management Facilitate client meetings and capture action items. Manage the completion of deliverables and documentation. Required Skills 10+ years IT project management experience and associated activities across all SDLC phases and iterations Experience with agile Scrum methodology and delivery Successful management of multiple cross-functional IT projects Successful stakeholder management with experience serving as the subject matter expert for key stakeholders at various stages within a project lifecycle Superior analytical skills with a strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to track project performance including budget, milestones and timelines for deliverables via an integrated delivery plan Experience managing budgets and providing both financial forecasts and reconciliations for projects Demonstrated track record of managing scope and work plans to ensure delivery within specified time frame and budget Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, organization and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing communication plans for projects Experience developing, implementing and updating new practices and processes to heighten efficiency and drafting corresponding SOPs Demonstrated development of project charters, integrated project plans, resource plans, contingency plans and related project management artifacts Transitions management experience required, including moving applications and business processes to an OM team Past maintenance of risk registers and issues logs, assessing, managing, and reporting risks and issues as needed Experience developing and communicating a weekly status report to all stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related major(s) Agile or Scrum certification required Project Management Professional (PMP) required Certifications Agile or Scrum certification required Project Management Professional (PMP) required Minimum Education Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or related major(s) .
