Responsibilities The successful candidate must be proactive with a demonstrated competency in performing the duties of a System Network Administrator. As a System Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, support and maintenance of systems, including associated hardware. Requires monitoring and updating current and new systems, implementing critical system patches, responding to incidents, scheduling OM activities and coordination of all customer related issues. The position requires excellent verbal and written communications skills. Responsibilities include Implementation of baseline changes and ability to respond to change requests Perform technical evaluations, analysis, and troubleshooting for all supported servers Build servers by providing technical configuration, setup, installation services, hardware and coordination of application projects Operate and maintain supported servers Create and document new methods supporting networksystem operations and implement changes to existing procedures (when necessary) Consult with support teams, help desks, customers and other technical staff in the resolution of problems Coordinates and performs operation andor maintenance activities for networks and servers Identifies recurring problems and recommends steps to reduce the severity or frequency of problemsissues that may arise Maintain current and accurate logs, accurately documenting all system outages and pertinent follow-up information as required Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems Provides advice and training to end-users Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned Participates in special projects as required Manage and communicate project tasks, status and deadlines Work on multiple concurrent projects Work independently to complete projects on time Required ExperienceQualifications Highly proficient in Windows 7 10 Professional, Windows Server 2012R2 2016 Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Active Directory to manage policies objects Highly proficient in the use and management of an imaging system such as CloneZilla Proficient in the customer support experience using ticketing and incident management systems, particularly ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Proficient in management of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office 365 Administrator console) Proficient in establishing and maintaining a Microsoft Azure tenant Proficient in VMware version 6 or higher ESXI Proficient in SAN storage technologies such as Dell Blade Arrays and Power Connect Proficient in installation, operation, and maintenance of LANWAN network infrastructure including + Wireless networks + VPNtunneling + Routers, switches, FortiNet and Cisco Firewalls + Network diagramming using Visio or other network diagraming tools Familiar with PRTG for network systems monitoring Proficient in Windows PowerShell as it pertains to network systems and resource management Familiar with a variety of common network systems scripting languages US citizenship is required Preferred ExperienceQualifications Experience with ServiceDesk Plus, ConnectWise, and Automate is highly desired Experience with VEEAM BackupRestore, Backup Exec, and Azure backups (including on-premise systems) is highly desired Experience with development, operations and maintenance of SharePoint Sites, Lists, Libraries, PowerApps and Flow is highly desired Experience with Mobile Device Management Admin knowledge (Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS)) is highly desired Some RDBMS experience is desired Experience with FireEye HX Administration is desired Experience with the operations and maintenance of Linux systems is nice to have Special RequirementsSecurity Clearance 10-15 travel may be required to support remote sites Department Information Technology
