JOB DESCRIPTION Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking for a Help Desk Analyst in Alexandria, VA to work for an IT Services team supporting a internal employees and external end-users in fast-paced environment. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and experience providing over-the-phone support for software or web-based systems.
