Highstreet Oracle Cloud Architect Highstreet is focused on helping clients adopt cloud apps for the core ERP, HCM, EPM and Student Management needs. We are actively recruiting for a person who is hands-on and capable of designing and architecting business solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud Applications and other Oracle Cloud SaaS eco-system solutions. The role will also help our clients become comfortable that we are their trusted provider who understands the migration riskschallenges moving from an on premise, customizable system to a Cloud App as a service solution. Cloud architect will be positioned within Highstreet as the expert for formulating and leading Cloud Apps presales technical functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Role will focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Cloud Architect will assist in development of productivity tools and training for our Sales Consultants and Account Leads. Role will develop and deliver customer and partner presentations and system demonstrations. Cloud Architect will lead the technical sales process, and advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions and options. Qualifications Demonstrated Oracle ERPHCM Cloud experience. Thorough knowledge of system and application design In depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud competitors Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Responsibility Work with Highstreet sales, Oracle and prospective clients to architect solution, software and implementation, to fulfill prospective client business requirements. Lead the scoping, solution design, architecture, estimating, and implementation planning aspects of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementation engagements ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions. Conduct repeatable strategy, architecture, roadmap and planning workshops providing assessment of current state architecture and recommendation of future state architecture. Provide detailed sizing recommendations and associated justification Identify and evangelize key business and technology benefits of adoption. Remain fully aware of relevant architectural programs and assets from Oracle worldwide. Participating in business development, demand generation and marketing activities. Provide technical and thought leadership in support of Consulting sales and implementation opportunities. Partner with Cloud license sales teams to architect complete license services cloud implementation and migration solutions for clients. Interact with all roles at customer including CFO, Auditor, Director of HR, CIO, IT Architects, technical staff and Business representatives. Advise Client on organizational impact of solutions. . Requirements 10 years business experience with similar computer applications or databasetools 5 years of implementationarchitecture experience with Oracle ERPHCM Cloud Wide background including architecture, implementation and delivery of large scale Oracle Cloud Applications in real-world situations Ability to walk up the cloud stack (IaaS, PaaS, Saas) model with modern terminology and relevance Wide knowledge of IT market and trends Knowledge of full Oracle stack including Oracle Public Cloud Services Knowledge of Oracle industry solutions Excellent presentation development and delivery skills Proven track record of working across teams (ie executive, sales, delivery, contractslegal, finance) Preferred location is the Washington DC region (near HQ) 25-50 travel required
