Perspecta has an immediate need for a Server Operations Support Technician in Washington, DC. Responsibilities Include - Designs, installs and supports Windows Servers - Performs troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common problems - Upgrades hardware and software components as required - Ensure maximum diagnosis cycle times are adhered to based upon severity level of the ticket - Responds to the customer's questions ensuring high level customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring they are met. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years' experience and advanced technical skills in Windows Server, Windows Client, MS Exchange, MS Outlook, and Apple IOS. Experience and technical skills LANWAN Routing systems TCPIP Cisco Network Communications Strong Customer service skills required Strong interpersonal skills.
