Title UAT Coordinator Location Germantown, MD Type 6 months Contract Responsibilities Oversees and manages the UAT team and cross functional Tester Drives the team towards successful completion of the regression and release cycles. Create Test Plans, Test Strategies and Produce Test Metrics Develops and implements softwaresystems testing standards and procedures, and coordinates testing. Develop scenarios and automated test scripts to validate application integration points Work with development team members ensure test scripts developed fully address the integration test scenarios Review test artifacts with development team, as needed Develop, execute and maintain manual and automated tests Monitor test progress and report status Log defects, validate associated fixes, retest and certify the code is ready to be promoted to the next stage of the development cycle Create, maintain and extend the test case library Participate in all Agile ceremonies including daily stand-up, iteration planning, iteration review and iteration retrospective Work closely with development teams to resolve issues identified during testing Basic Requirements 5+ years of experience in developing test automation scripts using tools like Selenium framework 3+ years of experience in defining and automating integration tests 3+ years of experience with working in a mixed team of developers, testers, BA's, etc. all committed to the same feature 3+ years of experience with Relational databases SQLOracle 3+ years of experience knowledge and application of risk analysis in QA process, including documentation. 3+ years of experience of ability to manage conflict and quickly develop strategies for resolution. 3+ years of experience of ability to systemically approach strategic planning. 5+ years of experience with implementation and administration of Software Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entryexit criteria 3+ years of experience proven knowledge of different software development life cycles (waterfall, iterative) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automation tools. 4 years Bachelors or 2 Years of Masters in Computer Science Technology Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings Other agile Certifications
