Highlights The Database Administrator is a technical, individual contributor role requiring initiative, independence and drive, an ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and an ability to perform a wide variety of duties. As an Oracle RAC subject matter expert (SME), you will provide critical technical support for all RAC database related task and issues. We seek candidates with a passion for building out automated, maintainable Oracle database infrastructures that are based in the cloud. Outstanding analytical skills (eg, must be able to analyze unique customer environments and suggest appropriate migration approaches) Exceptional decision making and problem-solving skills Required keys for success Must have the ability to effectively adapt to shifting priorities based on business demands Ten or more years of experience working as a DBA. Five or more years of experience architecting, designing, implementing, developing, andor administering environments Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Experience supporting code deployments, customizations and integration of Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies with third-party applications and databases Experience with RACASMData GuardGolden Gate Experience with Oracle Solaris, Red Hat Linux Experienced in administration with demonstrated success deploying software across multiple environments, enclaves, platforms and sites Strong proficiency in storage technologies, SANNAS, RAID systems, etc.
