Responsibilities Responsible for technicaloperational leadership of a projectmission or group of projectsmissions within the programmatic guidelines set by the program manager and customer. - Defines, generates, and reviews project requirements documentation. - Performs technical studies to refine project requirements. - Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained. - Provides the coordination between resource managerssupervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received. - May conduct performanceproject analyses during phase-down to benefit futureother projectsmissionsprograms.- Qualifications The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are required for successful performance of the activities associated with this position Bachelor s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or 4 years equivalent experiencecombined education, with minimum of 4 years or more of professional experience. Demonstrated ability to determine work requirements and perform work without supervision Demonstrated capability to lead a team ranging from entry through senior level SE andor SME to accomplish a technical function being supported Active TSSCI clearance with poly required Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Tool Suite Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently self-starter TSSCI with Poly required DESIRED QUALIFICATION Minimum 4 years experience working in the customer s domain About Perspecta What matters to our nation, is what matters to us.
