Clearance Level (Required to Start) Top Secret SCI Daily Job Responsibilities Requirements for the Integrated Master Scheduler position include being very experienced working with MS Project Enterprise server, integratingmanaging multiple projects, and developing reportsdashboards for use by senior Army leadership. The position will also require someone who has a vision of developing enterprise-level schedules and a strong technical understanding of MS Project (desktop and enterprise server) and project management fundamentals to guide our PMs in usingleveraging the scheduling tools. The successful candidate must have more knowledgeable on MS Project than the customers they support including fundamentals, and must be able to provide a vision and options to help guide development of the IMS. The Project Manager will manage all aspects of project management utilizing the PMBoK to include Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitor and Controlling, and Closing aspects of all projectsprograms with little to no supervision serve as the central Point of Contact for all assigned projects to include but not limited to planning activities, forecasting, budgetingcost estimating, scheduling, customer approved resource allocation, monitoring, controlling and auditing and any other associated IT related tasks. You will coordinate with other teams such as Information Assurance (IA)Computer Security (CS), business process engineering, and IT engineering to accomplish projects. In addition, you will also provide detailed status on assigned projects facilitate meetings and on-demand conference calls as needed to complete implementation of new and existing projects. You will provide required planning documents (based on project type) to include briefings, white papers, Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Service Level Agreement (SLA), Memorandum of Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, and Concept of Operations development. You will adjust delivery requirements as directed by Project Stakeholders or G6GISA Government leadership. During the course of managing your projects, you will use analytical techniques to complete the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing Milestones and project documentation deliverables in accordance with pace of project and stakeholdersenior leadership demands. Identified risks shall be documented in project risk documents,. Required Skills Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft SharePoint 2010+, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio Strong written and verbal communication skills, good analytical skills, and capable of facilitating meetings involving groups of widely dispersed people Self-starter who is a quick learner, organized, detail and process oriented Capable of working independently and as part of a team Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff (at all levels including Commanding General) with high degree of professionalism Preferred Skills Two plus years of progressive project management experience managing projects in an enterprise IT environment Demonstrable ability to provide excellent customer service Degree RequiredEquivalent Experience wo degree Bachelor's with 4 - 8 yrs. of experience. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of education.
