This is a Govt. Project we are staffingo for. 10+ Years PM PMP a must Agile Expert Our client based in Technical Project Manager. Providing leadership and direction on all assigned technical projects or project tasks, Ensuring follow through from beginning to end Ensure overall progress of assigned project from inception to implementation review with, and provide consultative advice to management on all project aspects to secure buy-in Monitor daily tasks and project assignments in progress, Ensuring project schedule is being met Provide management with status reports detailing status and timelines throughout assigned project Ensure project is ready for implementation and conduct a post-project review to make sure everything is running as expected Identify project risks and develop contingency plans for these risks Create and maintain project files that are well documented, efficiently organized Must have Agile SDLC experience Position Duties Ensure overall progress of assigned projects from initiation to implementation Review with, and provide recommendations to management on all project aspects to ensure buy-in Continually build internal relationships with departments or business segments to facilitate cooperation and project completion Determine skill set necessary and work with management to build the project team based on project scope and expectations Work with appropriate staff to develop timelines and project plans obtaining necessary approvals Assist with maintaining established standards and approaches for each project (eg status reporting, issue management, change control, etc.) and communicating to team members and stakeholders Evaluate and thoroughly document requirements with project team, which includes maintaining the project traceability matrix, evaluating all project aspects, (eg, staff, costs, benefits, timelines, etc.), and updating project plan and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle Identify project risks and develop contingency plans for those risks Responsible for the creation and maintenance of all project management deliverables throughout the project lifecycle Continuously monitor tasks and project assignments in progress, ensuring project schedule is being met and schedule changes are addressed and communicated by established deadlines Ensure project is ready for implementation and conduct a post-project review to ensure all aspects of project have been thoroughly documented and completed Technical Expectations As assigned, lead and participate in project meetings to understand and document the requirements needed to develop software that will enhance the productivity of internal departments while ensuring adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures Coordinate with internal departments to evaluate and understand technical program requirements at an overview and functional level Document and analyze client and end user requirements and thoroughly understand the application functionality and the business solution each feature will provide Create functional requirements and develop use cases for quality group to conduct testing Support project post documentation testing and providing clarifications as needed Support larger initiatives by analyzing processes at the functional level so accurate decisions about development can be made
