PeopleSoft Project Manager
Overview The PeopleSoft Project Manager will lead a team of PeopleSoft Developers, Help Desk Specialists, Change Management Specialists, and Business Analysts. You will provide oversight of the operations and maintenance effort for a 9.1 PeopleSoft Human Capital Management System. You and your team will manage the entire OM release cycle. Responsibilities Manage product backlog, setting priorities and maintaining implementation schedules. Meet with users, stakeholders and subject matter experts to define and document business requirements, as needed. Apply subject matter expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement, productivity, mitigate risks, and resolve issues. Provides management of functional HREX Functional staff in providing requirements, system specifications and testing support for the customers PeopleSoft HCM application. Qualifications Active Secret level clearance 5+ Years of experience to include Certification in and detailed knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.1. Experience with governmentpublic sector, client-facing consulting engagements. Hands on functional andor technical experience using PeopleSoft HCM, Experience with the Human Resource Module. 3+ years experience managing Public Sector PeopleSoft projects.
