Responsibilities Responsible for daily operations and administrative management of construction operation initiatives. Spearhead vendor tracking system to accurately monitor projects and budgets. Assist Construction Managers with multiple projects with unwavering professionalism. Maintain accurate account ledgers, financial statements, and management fees. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: Coordinate daily function of office environment for Construction Team Manage and process invoice documents from vendors and suppliers Construction Management Fee Reporting Track and collect Construction Management Fees Project cost tracker management Contract Administration Maintain a comprehensive project database Assist and coordinate with Construction Managers on an as needed basis Permit procurement Generate Bid summaries Ensure that any training is identified and scheduled Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, consultants and inspectors Point of contact for the Construction Team Qualifications Skills /Qualifications: Strong problem-solving skills Ability to read, comprehend, and organize construction documents Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to Work Independently Requirements needed for the position: Comfort with MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam and Excel required. Two to four-year degree, preferred or sufficient experience required
