Take direct responsibility where necessary. Full management accountability for project revenue, margin, and schedule for multiple simultaneous projects. Accurately forecast revenues, cost, and margins. Negotiate primary contracts with customers and ensure compliance with contract during execution. Responsible for assigning responsibility or taking direct responsibility for project administration including project meetings, document control, submittals, quality control, construction team planning and documentation, and other close out and commissioning of projects. Provide sales support for proposal preparation including system evaluation, system sizing, cost estimates, budgets, and schedulesElectrical Project Manager Qualifications BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline required Ten or more years progressive experience in construction and/or development, including as a Development Manager, Project Engineer, Project Manager, or Project Superintendent. Experience with commercial photovoltaic systems of greater than 1 MW preferred. Experienced with land development and project financial closing requirements. Experience with large-scale cut and fill earthwork or landfill construction required.
