The Food Service End User Territory Sales Manager will be an individual contributor responsible for leading and driving all sales initiatives, within a defined geographical territory for Holly Poultry. This includes maintaining and growing existing accounts, and actively managing the sales pipeline process, to identify and convert new business opportunities. The Food Service End User Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong customer and distributor relationships, offering outstanding customer service and successfully selling Holly Poultry's programs, products and promotions at the end-user level. ResponsibilitiesAggressively prospect all identified end-user account opportunities in assigned market.Identify contacts and secure appointments with key targets.Drive leads and maximizes revenue growth to meet company targets.Contribute to and actively manage sales prospect pipeline for all opportunities that are in the sales process.Maintain a sales call balance of new business opportunities along with current business retention and penetration. Responsible for achieving sales, distribution and penetration goals.Identify risks and opportunities and proposed plans of actions in the sales pipeline.Create a business plan by region, chain, and distributors including timelines for implementation.Manage new account rollout documents to facilitate the proper execution of the program.Provide Bi-weekly new account win & prospect status updates to leadership.Participate in regular new business update and prospect strategy session meetings.Manage all aspects of account trials & tests to the desired outcome.Obtain and review all sales reporting to ensure expectations and customer commitments are on track to be achieved.Engage and collaborate with other sales team members to develop & identify new opportunities.Work with Marketing support to develop effective customer-facing sales and presentation materials.Work with Operations Team to drive positive outcomes and experiences with all new account customers.Support and manage foodservice distributors.Align with foodservice distributor teams through participation in meetings as well as field visits.Attend sales meetings, training sessions, food shows, and industry events to network with prospective accounts. Additional Qualifications. Proven Business Development experience implementing strategic selling skills to acquire new customers. Strategic thinking and ability to translate plans into actions. Independent & strong work ethic - drive for results. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and sell at all organizational levels. Experience with business planning. Strong business and financial acumen. Demonstrated ability to work with teammates & indirect teams. Excellent presentation skills. Food Service knowledge a plus but not a requirement. Food Service Distributor knowledge a plus but not a requirement. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Strong analytical background. Strong organizational skills
