As a growing company, SCLogic needs to expand its Marketing team with Digital Marketing Specialist to work in our Annapolis office. We just relocated to a new office in the center of the Arts District in Annapolis. We are looking for someone who can effectively create buzz about our company through various social media platforms and generate opportunities for our sales team via inbound marketing campaigns. For all applications please include the following:Cover LetterResumeExamples or link to writing samples Primary Responsibilities:Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog post, whitepapers, videos, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)Write copy for blogs, datasheets, ebooks, whitepapers, and social media that are optimized for search engines Create engaging YouTube videos using Filmora software Execute marketing programs with comprehensive outbound, inbound and content marketing componentsGrow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation contentOptimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channelsManage social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and any additional channels that may be added) Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of our key stakeholders Create detailed reports and presentations that explain content marketing activity and analyze the quantitative and qualitative outcomes of digital marketing campaigns Required Education & Skills:Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or content creationStrong creative content generation skillsExperience marketing to B2BStrong understanding of digital campaign development, search engine optimization (SEO), and inbound marketingSocial media experience as well as hands on experience with email marketing, blogging, and creating YouTube videosExperience working with Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, and WordpressExperience working with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, NetSuite, Filmora, and OutReach a plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines Benefits:Our benefits package includes a competitive salary, an employer subsidized high-end PPO health, dental and vision plan, company paid life insurance, the availability of a health care flexible spending account, and a 401k plan with matching.
