We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented IT Management System Admin to join our team in Washington, DC to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.Duties: Responsible for administration and development of the IT service management system. Provides day-to-day administration and maintenance of they system. Creates reports and delivers requested data from the ITSM system. Overseeing and leading the service desk escalation team. Ensures proper and accurate escalation of service desk tickets. Manages escalation resolution times. Point of contact for any new or updated technologies to be used by the service desk. Designs and implements enhancements to the system to advance functionality of the system to provide support to the service desk. Requirements Experience: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience administrating an enterprise IT service management (ITSM) system, specializing in ITSM products and modules.
