GDIT is currently seeking a Technical Lead to join our team. In this role the technical lead shall be in direct communication with the project director and shall provide technical direction and guidance to the automated review development team, and shall coordinate with CMS on technical matters, as necessary. The technical lead shall provide database, systems engineering, and data engineering expertise to teams in designing, developing, and executing the database scripts required for automated reviews.RESPONSIBILITIES:Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies. Ensure technical teams understand short term and long-term goals of the program and business efforts by facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Identify and remediate risks to project timelines and scope by developing and recommending corrective actions.Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.Participates in special projects as required.QUALIFICATIONS: Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in associated discipline from an accredited universityFive years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in software development, database development, data warehouse design, or Extract, Transform, and LoadPreferably, three years of working experience in healthcare, developing IT solutionsDesired Skills and Experience:Strong organization skills to prioritize and balance complex workStrong proficiency in MS Office, including SharePoint, Project, or VisioAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyIdentifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies.Ensure technical teams understand short term and long-term goals of the program and business efforts by facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Identify and remediate risks to project timelines and scope by developing and recommending corrective actions.Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
