We are seeking a faith filled creative teacher who can instill a love of Mathematics and clear understanding of math concepts in our middle school students. Job Responsibilities: Design lessons that are aligned to the curriculum of the Archdiocese of Baltimore.Use assessment data to inform and differentiate instruction.Establish and maintain a positive classroom environmentBe able to address the needs of a wide variety of learning differences and provide appropriate accommodationsCommunicate with parents in a professional and timely manner regarding student progressParticipate in faculty meetings, committee meetings, professional development opportunities, including Equip for MinistryWork collaboratively with faculty, staff, and school administration.Maintain professional standards consistent with the mission of the school and the teachings of the Catholic ChurchSuccessfully integrate technology into the classroom Qualifications:Valid MSDE Teaching certification with endorsements in MathematicsSuccessful teaching experienceBelief in the mission of Catholic educationPracticing Catholic preferredPrior experience in a school settingExperience using technology such as 1.1 computing programs, digital textbooks, and SMARTboardsAbility to work collaboratively with other teachers, staff members and the school leadership team.
