The chosen candidate will represent ATSG at a high-visibility professional services client. This position will have the support of the ATSG engineering team as he/she implements and supports recommended solutions for our client.Job ResponsibilitiesFull-time on-site desktop and engineering support for a strategic New York City based clientInstall, support and maintain end-user systems for clientEnsure client environment is operational and available on a 24/7 basisProvide support and troubleshoot customer desktop issuesDocument client systems, configurations, and operational instructions.Work closely with ATSG remote Enterprise Service Desk and Service Delivery Manager to resolve locally escalated tickets.Develop understanding of client environment to facilitate support/ensure reliabilityIdentify areas of improvementWork with ATSG engineering team during new initiatives and projectsQualificationsA minimum of 3 years related experience.Must be able to support and manage a Microsoft Office 365 Solution and related peripheral applications, including Active Directory and Exchange ServerWindows 2012/2016 a mustExperience with Exchange OnlineAnti-Virus and Anti-Spam product knowledgeBackup and data protection product knowledgeBroad exposure to Microsoft Server products preferredLight Cisco Network knowledge and configuration experienceSharePoint Configuration and Administration - Nice to have (big plus) but not mandatoryKnowledge in LAN's, WAN's, and basic network securityWireless LAN experience is a plusBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline, or the equivalent in training and experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsTeam player, flexible and a collaborative personality and ability to work independentlyGood project and time management skillsAbility to interact effectively and professionally w/Executives and support personnel alikeStrong Customer Service skills with a passion for client satisfaction an absolute mustWe offer competitive benefits including med/den/vision/life/401(k) and generous PTO.ATSG is an equal opportunity employer.xOZKmRbamK
