As the Supplier Diversity Integration Program Manager, you will guide the efforts of the Airports Authority's Supplier Diversity Program and assist the Deputy Vice President (DVP) of Supplier Diversity to grow new opportunities.

Supplier Diversity Integration Program Manager

Serves in the Office of Supply Chain Management at the Headquarters Office Building.

Provides project management support and guides department staff to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of the Supplier Diversity program. Establishes work priorities and ensures deadlines are met. Provides technical guidance, as needed, to staff. Assists the DVP in enhancing the Supplier Diversity Program to expand and advance the current program efforts. Performs related functions.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides project management support and guides department staff to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of the program.

Oversees program operations and regularly tracks the impact over time.

Establishes work priorities, sets goals, and ensures deadlines are met.

Oversees and enhances the implementation of all supplier diversity related functions to include compliance, certification, outreach, and reporting.

Monitors, develops and updates standard operating processes, procedures, policies, and training programs following best practices for Supplier Diversity programs to successfully achieve the department mission.

Develops and implements strategic planning goals; ensures continuous review and improvement of the Supplier Diversity Program plans and operations regarding enterprise utilization.

Ensures certification activities are performed according to applicable supplier diversity rules and regulations and are in alignment with organization short and long term procurement needs.

Works with the Supplier Diversity Outreach Specialist in updating and implementing the Airports Authority's Outreach Program to targeted business enterprises. Uses metrics to assess and report effectiveness of outreach activities.

Ensures the Supplier Diversity Compliance Specialist is monitoring, tracking, and reporting compliance with supplier diversity related programs and resolving compliance issues.

Analyzes, interprets, produces, and presents department reports and dashboards on a frequent basis.

Assists DVP in advising Airports Authority managers and other stakeholders on programs promoting targeted enterprises.

Oversees the successful implementation and utilization of the Supplier Diversity Management system.

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Six years of progressively responsible experience in program or project management.

Ability to plan, organize and oversee resources in the creation and implementation of programs.

Knowledge of and ability to apply strategic planning best practices and strategies in order to develop, lead and support program initiatives.

Ability to prioritize work duties, perform follow-through in a timely manner, and attain measurable program results.

Ability to perform detailed analysis of data and information and make recommendations.

Ability to speak and write effectively.

Skill in using a computer and modern office software, with emphasis on program management software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Supplier Diversity and Inclusion program management.

EDUCATION

A Bachelor's Degree in any field.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES REQUIRED

A state driver's license in good standing.

NECESSARY SPECIAL FACTORS

Work is typically reviewed in progress and upon completion for quantity, quality, timeliness, teamwork, customer service, and other factors.
