You'll also have the support of a team dedicated to providing you with advanced tax training and certification.What you'll do Provide tax preparation, tax audit support and tax planning year roundBuild year-round client relationshipsGenerate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and servicesGrow your tax expertiseMentor and support teammatesWhat you'll bring to the role 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or taxExperience completing individual tax returnsTax planning and audit supportAbility to effectively communicate in person and in writingExperience working in a fast-paced environmentSuccessful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalentMust complete 18-hour continuing education requirement and meet all other IRS and applicable state requirementsIt would be even better if you also had Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA or Enrolled Agent certification (Circular 230 designation)Experience completing complex tax returns (individual, trust, entity)Sales and/or marketing experienceBilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
