The HR Coordinator must be very professional and will help coordinate all HR activities for the site. A bigger portion of the job will be handling new employee orientations and helping employees with changing forms (helping employees in general sounded like one of biggest). This person will do a lot of different projects so they MUST be comfortable handling multiple tasks as well as staying organized/on top of everything. They will be doing everything from reporting out of HRIS to data entry so all aspects. They have to be flexible to handle any project thrown at them. Official JD below: Responds to HR inquires around policies and procedures, employee questions, benefits & payroll, onboarding, etc Facilitates new hire process to include on-boarding communication, data entry ADP WorkforceFacilitating new hire orientationHelps lead VISA Process (H1-B, F-1, etc.)- they will act as a liaison between them and any third-parties. Generates HR reports, metrics, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondences. Maintains employment files, I-9's, and confidentiality statements. Supports HR Projects to include open enrollment, wellness initiatives, training and development, and company-wide events employee engagement activities. Acts as backup for onsite interview support Ability to think, plan, and execute independently on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion. Ability to navigate in a changing environment with multiple stakeholders. Must have high degree of integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficient in MS Office suite and prior experience working with applicant tracking and human resource information systems.About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
