As a publicly traded, self-advised firm, they have properties throughout the United States, and are looking to continue its expansion through property acquisition. Senior Finance Analyst responsibilities include:* Assistance with forecasting internal and external client modeling, financial planning & analysis, and preparing monthly operating reports* Gathering industry and market research, and prepare quarterly key metrics to analyze new investment opportunities and acquisition targets* Supporting and maintaining the company's corporate and debt modeling* Managing and analyzing information flows to/from potential acquisition targets and other third parties (buyers, sellers, investment bankers, etc.)* Preparing Investor relations and Board of Directors marketing materials and presentation slides* Presenting findings and market research to Senior Management to assist in Real Estate transaction decisions* Providing analytical support to help acquisition and disposition decisions* Assistance with compliance reporting, ad-hoc projects, and transactional analysis (acquisitions, repurchase agreements, dispositions, etc.)The ideal Senior Financial Analyst candidate will possess 3-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking or finance, with a strong competency in modeling and technical analysis. Ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced, team environment is a must.
