Responsible for creating customer and market development strategies in support of the corporation's strategic plan. Uses advanced customer relationship management (CRM) technology to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for customer prospecting and customer retention. Responsible for analyzing customer data to effectively build customer and business process work flows that will improve the customer experience and engage customers with products and services. This position must have the ability to self-manage and lead projects from conception to completion.

Bachelor's degree required. Degree in business administration or marketing preferred. Three to five years experience in strategic marketing required. Demonstrated ability working with CRM platforms and related technology. Experience in successfully developing and implementing marketing plans across multiple business units. Experience in high technology marketing and digital marketing is required. Strong written and verbal communications skills are required. Solid knowledge of healthcare industry is desired. Demonstrated ability to elicit support and enthusiasm from team members and supporting department to effectively implement the corporate vision and mission through divisional or business specific units.
