Database Administrator and Web Developer
The Challenge:

What if you could use your hardware and software skills to improve the technology supporting the DoD and intelligence community (IC)? With so much relying on complex systems, a skilled systems administrator can be the difference that makes a project successful. We're looking for a systems or database administrator with a solid background in Linux and UNIX, Windows, Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS), including MySQL, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to help us develop and maintain automated, sustainable databases and Cloud-based IT infrastructure.

As a systems administrator on our project, you'll ensure systems or database services are available, constantly look for ways to make the infrastructure better, update and patch critical systems, and identify and automate repeated tasks with scripting. You'll conduct day-to-day operations of systems and databases, perform system checks, backups, recoveries, load analysis builds, rebuild replication schemes, and troubleshoot systems with other operations, functions, and applications. You'll analyze problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. You'll be able to combine your technical experience with communication skills as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. This is an opportunity to gain experience in cloud computing (AWS), RDMS, automation, and machine learning or artificial intelligence. We focus on growing as a team, so we'll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together. Join our team and solve daily challenges as we improve the advanced intelligence analytics capabilities for the intelligence and warfighter communities.

Empower change with us.
