The Infection Preventionist designs and implements a service line infection prevention program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: policy/procedure development, management of critical data, epidemiological analysis, internal/external reporting of data, facilitation of the Infection Prevention Committee (as indicated), product evaluation, team member education, monitoring for environmental and practice compliance.

Work Schedule:

This individual must travel to the various AHC Rehabilitation inpatient and outpatient sites to promote the infection prevention program and ensure oversight/guidance for infection prevention measures.
