LB&B Associates Inc., a diversified services company, is currently seeking MD 1st Class Operating Engineers for our Facility Maintenance contract at the National Archives II building in College Park, MD. This is an On-Call position. Expect 24 to 32 hours each month. Qualified candidates must possess and maintain required Maryland 1st Class Stationary Engineer License. Must have a minimum of six (6) years' experience and ability to maintain HP Steam Systems, boilers, 1200 ton chillers as well as all support equipment. Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, VAV components, Siemens Apogee, and Trane Tracer systems.
