  • Provide exceptional customer service to users by handling phone calls and emails
  • Assist customers with using company platform
  • Accept incoming calls and email inquiries to assist users who are experience troubleshooting issues
  • Maintain a friendly and personable demeanor to consistently build user relationships

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 6 months experience of customer service or call center support
  • Experience working closely with customers and providing exceptional support
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer proficiency and not afraid to take on new technology responsibilities
  • Carry a passion for helping others
