Job Details
Sparks Group is partnering with a large insurance and investment company that is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of an Operations Manager to serve institutional tax-exempt investors. Responsibilities:
- Record operational policies and procedures and update documentation as required.
- Record compliance with investment fund, operational, contractual, and policies/procedures.
- Review standard material quarterly and update as needed.
- Respond to requests for information from auditors, internal departments, sales professionals, clients and consultants.
- Support launch of new product initiatives.
- Special projects as required
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Position requires a Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience working in investment operations
- Knowledge of investment compliance regulations, including ERISA, is preferred.
- Experience in reading and writing contractual documents will be beneficial in this role
- Must be willing to obtain FINRA licenses
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail are critical for this role.
