Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks an RPA Project Manager with technical program management and delivery experience to support a Federal Government client at one of our Washington DC Metropolitan locations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead continuous improvement and automation projects, applying Project Management practices.
  • Provide project monitoring, risk assessment and decision support analysis to customer management.
  • Conduct business process re-engineering activities.
  • Develop concepts of operations and RPA automation options, and present to management. Implement the selected option and provide post-implementation support.
  • Perform analysis of complex business processes. Document and communicate results.
  • Understand customers' business processes and practices and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for DATA Act reporting. Support data cleansing and integrity efforts

Required Qualifications
  • Experience in managing financial and/or procurement systems development, requirements development, and/ or automated financial systems projects.
  • Experience supporting reporting for the DATA Act.
  • Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project, risk, schedule, communication, change, and deliverable management skills

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience developing bots for financial, accounting, procurement or other business processes utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism or Kofax.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Agile development experience

Education
BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or other related Business fields
