Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks an RPA Analyst with business process automation experience to support a Federal Government client at one of our Washington DC Metropolitan locations.

Responsibilities
  • Document and perform analysis of client environment.
  • Develop strategies and recommendations for RPA-enabled solutions across various platforms .
  • Responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of automation solutions.
  • Develop recommendations for improvements to enhance the efficiency or effectiveness of services.
  • Identify, design and implement creative business and technology solutions to continually improve the methodology and approach.

Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Federal financial, accounting, procurement or other business processes
  • 1-3 years of technical experience in systems development, requirements development and/or automated financial systems analysis. Specifically developing bots for financial, accounting, procurement or other business processes utilizing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, or Kofax
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to communicate technical as well as non-technical information clearly, both orally and in writing

Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of business processes associated with Federal procurement and the DATA Act

Education
BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or other related Business fields
