Position Summary: This position, reporting directly to the Executive Director but with daily oversight from the Communications Manager, is a hybrid position of both a digital design and communications specialist, and a data analyst. This person will work across all departments of WTS to collect, manipulate, and translate data into clear and actionable reports. The position will also support the Communications department through digital design, email marketing, website and social media management and content creation. We are seeking a strategic, organized, creative professional who is a team player. This person should be a self-starter and great at problem solving. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Digital Communications Email Marketing Drafts copy for email including TranShort Newsletter, blogs, website pages, surveys, testimonials and social campaigns Creates landing pages and forms to track leads and engagement Facilitates the management and measurement of marketing initiatives through marketing automation platforms and other tools. Works with Manager (Communications and Programs) to identify content for email drip campaigns Perform A/B testing across all digital marketing channels and maintain A/B testing calendar Monitor and prevent any deliver-ability issues in email campaigns Website/ Social Media Analyze website data based on traffic sources, patterns, navigation, etc. Develop reports and dashboards to track marketing and program campaigns Compile and present SEO guidelines and other helpful resources for chapters Assist managing vendor relationships Deliver monthly report and metrics Draft social media content and monitor mentions and other social media opportunities Update the webpage with relevant events, blogs, and achievements Support campaigns by creating graphics, sourcing content, and placing ads Data Analyst Membership Analyzes records and information in various media formats to determine the evidential and historical value Run and produce membership reports Manipulate and interpret membership data to create visually appealing reports on membership demographics and trends. Assist in maintaining digital assets through membership portal and association management software. Event Analytics Using event management platforms like Association Management Software and Cvent to analyze session data, attendee tracking, registration and check-in, lead capture, date filters, and run comparison reports Work with Engagement Specialist (Events) to analyze performance of event participation and marketing campaigns Align events with marketing and communications plan Provide data for attendee recruitment strategies Industry Trends Analyze transportation and women's issues research to determine trends Create easily digestible reports and graphs feature current trends PandoLogic.
