The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling of inpatients on a daily basis, including making scheduling changes as appropriate, and communicating with various team members/departments re: scheduling.

Qualified Candidates will possess:
• High School diploma required; College education preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of Computerized scheduling experience required
• Computer experience of basic windows programs
• Medical terminology knowledge
• Type 30 wpm required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in high volume environment
• Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Detailed oriented
• Strong customer service skills

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hrs a week; Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm
